Even though the initial search was unexpectedly short before going under contact, it has been a pleasure to work with Kimbell. He is well connected in the Charlotte area and I was fortunate to take advantage of a number of his referrals/recommendations. Once construction was underway, his involvement to stay on top of the builder, communicate my concerns with higher management and reduce any further delays in construction completion was much appreciated. Having an advocate that would reach out to the builders was a tremendous help to take some tasks out of my responsibility. Originally from Austin, Texas i relocated to Charlotte NC in 2010 where i met my wife Nicole and married her in 2013. Prior to relocating i was a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Texas. Shortly after moving to Charlotte i obtained my Broker license. I am a NC/SC Realtor and Certified Project Manager with over 20 years of experience and knowledge from various leadership roles in Global Banking and Mortgage Lending.
